Parents; Make Sure Your Kids Do Not Skip Breakfast

As our kids will head back to school to start a new academic year, We wish them a happy, successful and safe school year and remind them of few points;

Breakfast is considered very important meal for the day, not only it provides the important daily nutrients such as protein, fiber, calcium and carbohydrates, but it also gives them energy and helps improve school performance according to the Food and Nutrition Service.
